The Exhibition Space

There are exhibition spaces in the atrium on the ground floor, as well as on the three upper floors.

Types of work suitable for exhibiting in the ARB

The ARB is suitable for work that is ready to be hung using our existing hanging rail system, or that can be placed on covered plinths in the atrium. Due to the nature of the building we are not able to display installation work or free-standing sculptures. We have one wall-mounted TV screen available for video works.

Display system

Hanging space is available on all floors, with hanging rails installed throughout the building. Floor plans with wall measurements are available on request. Nine unlockable display plinths are also available, measurements are provided on request.

 The ART Committee

‘Art at the ARB’ is run by a group of volunteers from each of the departments based in the Alison Richard Building. You can contact the committee via email: jw571(at)cam.ac.uk or via phone: 01223 760 488 (ask for Judith).
